This is a two-bedroom apartment located on the first floor. It consists of a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a single bedroom. Also an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. Excellent access to the Cambridge Science Park, A14 and city centre. The flat is on the first floor, accessed by stairs only. A compact kitchen with a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven & hob and extraction fan. Open plan diner/lounge with a spacious sofa and a 50" smart TV. The single room has a single bed and bedside table in it, whereas the double room has two single beds, a three-door wardrobe and a desk in it. There is an ensuite shower room in the double bedroom, plus a family bathroom opposite the single room. As soon as you drive into Graham Road, turn into the first left and you'll see a little garden area in front of you. Behind the garden is a small isolated house with just one door on the ground floor and some windows on the first floor. This is the door for our apartment Barkla Lodge! You can park along the road, or drive to the back of the building where you'll see three garage doors on the ground floor, and there is a car parking space right next to the house - you can park there too. Barkla Lodge is located within Orchard Park, a new and very popular residential development in Cambridge. Most residents here are young professionals that work in the Science Parks. There is a convenience shop ONESTOP inside the development (opens 6am-11pm everyday), a nursery/school and a Travelodge in Orchard Park too. There are several bus routes (citi1, Busway route A, B and N) to the city centre which take about 25-30 minutes. On the bike it's 15 minutes. Barkla Lodge is 3 minutes away from A14.
