You’ll also be able to access the 13-acre grounds, with woods and a lake, perfect for evening strolls or just exploring.
This part of the country is packed with activities for people who love the great outdoors. There’s beautiful wildlife at Meeth Quarry Nature Reserve (11.5 miles) and National Trust Dunsland (4 miles), plus birdwatching and fishing at Tamar Lakes Activity Centre (10 miles). This is also good for water sports, including kayaking and canoeing. Alternatively, try wakeboarding at North Devon Wake Park (12 miles) or surfing in Bude (14 miles). Finish your holiday with a hack across the gorgeous countryside with La Rocco Riding School, 8.5 miles.
