It is less than 500 metres with your buckets and spades to reach the sandy expanse of Porthleven Beach, or four miles walk along the South West Coast Path to Praa Sands with its great surf making it ideal for water sports enthusiasts.

This is a real home-from-home with an open-plan lounge/diner providing a lovely social space with two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a window seat that allows plenty of natural light. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to make meal preparation a cinch. Stairs from the dining area lead up to the first floor, where you’ll find a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom. Outside is an enclosed courtyard with a raised decking area, table, and seating - perfect for enjoying the evening sun.
Set on the west coast of the spectacular Lizard Peninsula, the little harbour town of Porthleven is the quintessential Cornish fishing port. Centred around the harbour, it boasts an array of cafes, restaurants and galleries and exudes a chilled atmosphere. Two iconic spots are nearby - Marazion (9 miles) home to a beautiful sandy beach and across from St Michael’s Mount and the tip of the Lizard Peninsula, Lizard Point (14 miles). Alternatively, head to the Cornish Seal Sanctuary at Gweek (8 miles) or Flambards Theme Park (3 miles).
