While there is no outside space at the property, you''ll be just steps away from the beach and the village quay, allowing you to soak up the coastal ambience at your leisure. Please note that parking is unavailable at the property, but a drop-off point is 100 metres away and nearby car parks offer the option to purchase weekly tickets.

- Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.
- Many of the amenities and cottages in Polruan are accessed via slopes/steps some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.
- There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Polruan do not have private parking. However, there is a large pay and display car park at the top of the village about a 5-8 minute walk.
