This smart house is situated in a terrace 500 yards from the heart of Beer. With a modern seaside feel, it is a comfortable base for families or friends to enjoy walking, the beach and the lovely scenery. Take the steps up to the hall and through to your comfortable welcoming sitting room. The kitchen is neat and efficient with a dining table and chairs in the centre. Head on up for a good nights rest in the three smart bedrooms. Lovely for relaxing on sunny days is the sheltered enclosed courtyard at the rear with outdoor furniture, leading on up to a couple of elevated terraces with toys in a summer house, enclosed decking with table and chairs. Stroll into the heart of the village to enjoy the shops, restaurants and galleries or to sit by the harbour and watch waves break on the pebbly beach. You can take tours of the amazing chalk caves or go on fishing trips to catch your supper. Golf and coastal walks are relaxing activities, or head to Exeter for cathedral city attractions.
