We are just a short 10 minute drive straight into the city centre where you can enjoy all that this fabulous city has to offer!
if you don't fancy driving, we're a 10 minute walk from the nearest tram station which you can then take a 10 minute tram right into the city centre.
TRANSPORT
You can conveniently hop on the tram too which is just 10 minutes walk away at Abraham Moss.

We have a washer which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you'll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets).
We are pet friendly but please don't forget to add them as a guest as there's an extra charge.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we'll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

GOOD TO KNOW:
You can conveniently check yourself in anytime after 3PM using our lockbox. You're able to drop your bags in from 12.15 AM onwards. We're happy to offer free early check in if we have no guests checking out. Please let us know if you're arriving before 3PM and we'll do our best to get our home ready for you.
