Completely renovated in 2021, Casa Umi offers 2 beautiful rooms with beautiful features, one overlooking an interior courtyard, the other offering a unique sea view with bathtub by the sea.
Quality furniture, neat decoration, air conditioning, large flat screen. Located in a typical Marseilles area, this is the ideal location to enjoy the sweetness of Marseilles life: beaches, hiking in the creeks (Calanques). The beach of the Phocaeans is at the bottom of the stairs of the living room. The beaches of Bonne brise or Sablettes are at 2 minutes walking.
Composition of the apartment:
Casa Umi is located on the ground floor of a typical house of the neighborhood. You will be charmed by its generous volume, its layout and equipment and of course by its sea view. You will enter the apartment through an interior courtyard, on your right the first bedroom with its adjoining bathroom. You then enter the main room with a beautiful open kitchen, its dining area, then the living area with its large flat screen and finally the large terrace on the sea. From the living room a staircase goes down to the 2nd bedroom. A beautiful large room all along with a gigantic bay window on the sea. The bathtub by the sea, the double bed, and in the background a shower room. In this room the sea view is from everywhere.
The staircase of the living room extends and offers you a private access to the sea. you push the door and the Mediterranean offers itself to you.

Geographical location:
By staying at Casa Umi you make the choice of a typical area in the 2nd city of France and at the same time by the sea. Leaving on your right you will have the road leading to the creeks (Les Calanques) the district of Goudes and Callelongue (long calanque). Going out on the left you will reach the city center passing by the beaches of the bath of the ladies, the beach of the red point and its restaurants foot in the water. Starting at the top of the street you will reach the Marseillveyre massif and the Pastré countryside and its famous Roland cave. A typical neighborhood and sought after for its quality of life, wedged between the city, the sea and the countryside/ mountain.
Transportation:
Bus No. 19 runs up the street and will take you to the city centre. More atypical the boat bus open from late April to late September will allow you to reach the old port by the sea.
