This property welcomes you in the moment you walk through the front gate, from the nicely manicured garden to enjoy in the warm summer months, to the roaring log burner in the cosy living room in the colder winter months. This cottage is the perfect base for all seasons.
Walk along the Saint’s Way into Padstow for a day of browsing the quaint shops and enjoying fish and chips by the Harbour. Settle in for the night in front of the log burner with a glass of wine or take a short stroll down the hill for dinner at the Old Mill Bistro.

First Floor
Zip and link double/twin bedroom, double bedroom and small single bedroom. Shower room with shower, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 1: Zip and Link bed, can be made as a Superking double (6″) or 2 twin beds (3″). (Please state preference on booking). Smart TV.
Bedroom 2: Kingsize bed (5″6), smart TV.
Bedroom 3: Small single bed (2″6).
Outside
Enclosed front garden laid to lawn with small patio area and seating. To the back of the property is a secluded courtyard.
Parking
There is a parking permit included with the property for the church car park a short walk away. Please note this is not a guaranteed parking space and the walk to the cottage is on an unpaved road. Care needs to be taken along this road.
Linen & Towels
This property provides linen and towels (synthetic pillows and duvets in all rooms).
Linen is changed weekly.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Arrival & Departure
Access is via a keysafe and details will be sent to you before your arrival.

The property has gas central heating and a log burner (please bring your own logs).

The property is stepped back from a ‘B’ road which does not have a pavement so extreme care must be taken when walking along the road.
The property next door (2 Rock Cottages) does have access through the gate to the back garden to get into their garden. This is rarely used as they have access through their kitchen but could potentially be used during your stay.
