You also have access to the owner’s grounds which house a decked pond area and beautiful summerhouse, great for those balmy summer evenings. Nearby is the village of Royal Wootton Bassett, the historic market town of Marlborough, Amesbury and Avebury Henge, all just a short drive away. There are plenty of National Trust sites close by including Stonehenge with its mystical stones, as well as Stourhead and the village of Lacock. There are great shopping opportunities at the Swindon Designer Outlet, or the World Heritage city of Bath is under an hour’s drive away. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
