A separate utility room offers the perfect place for storage and to do your washing after a long day exploring the countryside walks across the South Downs. Perfect for ramblers you can also explore with your canine friends as dogs are made welcome at The Old Parlour at a small extra charge. The modern fitted kitchen provides everything you could possibly need to cook at home along with a BBQ outside, however there is also a nearby pub/restaurant only a ten-minute walk or a two-minute drive away. Off road parking alongside the property provides a stress-free end to your journey and easy access to the property with bags or cases.
