Derwent Cottage is a nicely-presented barn conversion, set in a peaceful and rural location, just four miles from Malton, and can sleep four people. This ground floor cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is ample off road parking and a large decked patio with furniture. Derwent Cottage is a wonderful holiday base. Note There is a £45.00 charge for use of the hot tub per visit. As the hot tub needs to be cleaned and emptied for each new set of guests, the water may not be fully up to temperature on the first evening.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: The town of Malton has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers' markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent country for walkers and cyclists.
