We (Claudia and Marc) are pleased to welcome you to Studio ‘t Pakhuis 1883 in the beautiful and historic town centre of Middelburg. The studio accommodation you are staying in is on the ground floor and it has its own entrance, seating area, bathroom and kitchen.
The room: You are staying in a fully furnished studio flat of 28m². It has a kitchen area with all kinds of kitchen equipment, including an induction hob, fridge, combination microwave, coffee percolator and toaster. There is a separate bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The bed has comfortable mattresses.
Access for guests: You have your own entrance.
Activities for the guests: We have put together all kinds of information about the flat and the surrounding area in a folder that you will find ready for you when you arrive in the flat. It also gives details of three city walks.

Other things to be aware of: There is paid parking close to the studio flat, and free parking about ten minutes' walk away.
Overview of the area: Pauwpoort is a charming and characteristic small street that you can reach by car through a gate via Damplein. The flat is within walking distance of a variety of friendly cafes and restaurants.The historic abbey square and the numerous listed buildings and rustic alleyways in the town centre make a pleasant stroll more than worth the effort. Climb ‘Lange Jan’ – the abbey tower – and enjoy the wonderful view looking out over Walcheren.
And your visit wouldn't really be complete without a round trip along the canals. There are lots of interesting shops and pleasant patios in the town centre.
Walcheren is known for its beautiful dunes and beaches, and the rest of the island has plenty of nature to offer as well.
Transport and shopping: Free parking (1 km), railway station (800m), bus stop (500m), sea and beach (7 km), bakery, cheese and groceries and fruit as well as a Turkish shop within a radius of 100m, large supermarket (800m).
