The mild Mediterranean Perth climate is ideal for outdoor entertainment; catch a fish from the Indian Ocean, surf the waves, relax on one of the beaches, take a break in one of the many local parks or visit the National Parks like Yanchep or Neerabup in the northern area.
Nearby local attractions include: Hillarys boat harbour, Mindarie Marina, Sorrento Quay, AQWA - aquarium, shopping centres, cinemas, restaurants and national parks, all just a short drive away. Many golf courses are available in the area. Conveniently travel to the Perth CBD by using the train from the nearby Clarkson train station.
