Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was good for what I needed but it would be difficult for a new visitor in London. It is 10 minutes away from the station which is in zone 4. The flat was spacious and comfortable

Negative: I had a bit of difficulty in communicating with the owner, the address was not in Booking.com so until the day of the arrival of my guests, I did not have a full address. It took a few messages through booking.com and via mobile to obtain the full address of the property. Then the owner insisted that we leave the flat as we found it, this is fair to a point, but we never had this with other places we have stayed as we expected that after we leave a thorough cleaning has to take place anyway.

Summary: Fair and convenient for what we wanted, but better organisation and communication would be welcomed
