A charming house in a quiet cul-de-sac with 3 good sized double bedrooms. The location gives easy and quick access into the town centre and allows prompt access to the outer ring road enabling efficient travel to neighboring towns and villages.
The space
The property consists of a spacious lounge with patio doors that leads to an outside patio. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and washing machine. Spacious lounge area with SMART TV and three double bedrooms all with wardrobes for storage.
We also have a secure area to store bikes or other outdoor equipment.
Guest access
All of the house is available for guests.
Other things to note
Well behaved dogs are welcome at a price of £20 per dog downstairs. We ask that you clean up a doggie, mess before you leave.
Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individual items such as shampoo and shower gel.
Please note there is a £100 fine for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
